What this covers

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through heirstoneventures.com. Each platform in our portfolio has its own privacy policy, published on its own website, which applies when you use that platform.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, organisation, topic and message you enter. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not run analytics that identify you.

How we use it

• To read your message and reply to you.
• To pass your message to the right company in the group when you ask about one of our platforms.

We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists from this form.

Who processes it

Messages are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, to a mailbox hosted by Microsoft 365. The website itself is hosted by Railway. These providers process the data on our behalf and only to deliver this service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Use the contact form and choose "Something else", or email info@heirstoneconsulting.com.
