About us

We build what growing markets are missing

Heirstone Ventures develops and runs platforms that make property and business in Egypt, the Gulf and Africa transparent, digital and investable.

Our driving force

Across Egypt, the Gulf and Africa, demand is not the problem. The systems around it are.

Populations are young, cities are expanding and capital is arriving from the diaspora and from abroad. Yet most of the decisions this growth depends on are still made with incomplete information: asking prices nobody has verified, listings that may not exist, company registrations that move from office to office and feasibility studies that live in copied spreadsheets.

These gaps exist in every market. Here they are wider, and they cost more: in time, in trust and in capital that stays on the sidelines. Every company we build starts with one of them, and is designed to close it for good.

The gap

Information that exists, but cannot be used

In most of the region the information needed to make a good decision is out there. It is spread across portals, brokers, government offices and private spreadsheets, in different languages and currencies, and almost none of it is verified.

The result is a market that runs on relationships instead of records. That works for insiders. It shuts out newcomers, slows down investors and leaves good projects unfunded.

Why real estate first

The largest asset, and the least digital

Real estate is where families, developers and institutions in the region commit most of their capital, and where missing information costs the most. It is also one of the least digitised sectors we know.

Elsewhere, data terminals, verified marketplaces, feasibility software and professional training made property markets transparent and liquid. Here, most of those tools barely exist. Building them is the opportunity, and seven of our nine ventures do exactly that.

Institutionalising a sector

What it takes for a market to earn institutional trust

Verified

Listings, landlords, developers and partners are checked before they are shown to anyone.

Measured

Prices and rents are collected, cleaned and published with their method and sample size.

Documented

Processes, terms and commitments are written down before any money moves.

Digital

From the first question to the final signature, online and in the client's own language.

How the ventures fit together

Nine companies, one lifecycle

Each venture closes one gap. Together they follow a project, a company or a family from the first question to the day-to-day running of the business.

Our intentions

What guides every venture we start

  1. Fill a real gap. We build where clients are already asking for something that does not exist, not where the market is crowded.
  2. Build for the people who live here. Arabic, French and English, local currencies, local rules and local habits.
  3. Earn institutional trust. Every figure traceable, every process documented, every partner verified.
  4. Run what we build. We operate our companies ourselves, for the long term.
Our structure

An independent company

Heirstone Ventures is a separate company from Heirstone Consulting. The two share a name and a founder, and each runs its own business: Heirstone Ventures builds and operates platforms, while Heirstone Consulting advises governments, investors and developers on real estate, tourism and economic development.
