Why we started it

Starting a company in Egypt is possible. For most founders it is also confusing, fragmented and document-heavy.

The gap

Founders, Egyptians abroad and foreign investors often start the same way: unsure which entity they need, sent between offices, asked for the same documents twice and given timelines nobody commits to.

One incorporation spans several bodies, from the investment authority and the commercial registry to the tax authority, with heavy paperwork at every step. Founders abroad also face powers of attorney and document legalization, which are hard to manage without someone on the ground.

Where the idea came from

Taseesly started from a plain thesis: starting a company in Egypt is technically possible, but for ordinary founders it is confusing, fragmented, document-heavy and intimidating. The aim was a guided, transparent and trackable process built around the official channels rather than in place of them.

Taseesly was started to turn incorporation into a clean, guided and trackable digital process, in plain steps, plain language and plain pricing. It is an incorporation support platform: it works alongside the authorities, never in place of them.

What you can do

Inside Taseesly

  • Find your company type

Answer plain questions about your activity, founders and capital. Taseesly suggests the likely legal route before you create an account, and an advisor confirms it.

  • One guided application

Enter proposed names, business activity, capital, registered address and each founder’s share in one structured form, in English or Arabic.

  • Upload documents once

Get a checklist for your case. Files sit in private storage, and the team accepts each one or asks for a replacement before anything is filed.

  • Track every stage

Your dashboard shows where the file stands, from submission and review through filing with the authorities to completion, and what you need to do next.

  • Messages and tasks

Talk to the team in a secure thread on each application and see any task waiting on you, with its due date.

  • Final documents in one place

Your commercial register extract, tax card and articles of association arrive in your dashboard, with a checklist for the steps after incorporation.

  • Built for founders abroad

A remote founder route covers power-of-attorney steps and translation and legalization guidance, so Egyptians abroad can incorporate from where they live.

  • Two languages, equally

Every screen, status and message works in English and Egyptian Arabic, with a full right-to-left interface.

  • Partner workspace

Legal partners see only the files assigned to them and tick off the phases they own, so work handed to partners stays tracked.
